RETURNS & REFUNDS

We hope you’re happy with your new purchase, but if something’s not quite right, you can return it to us for a refund within 28 days for full-priced items, or within 14 days for sale items.

Return to a White Stuff Shop

You can return online orders for free to any UK White Stuff shop for an immediate refund (excludes wholesale retailers, concessions or outlets). You will need your Order Confirmation email and the card you used to make the original payment.

Return via Post or Courier

UK online orders can be returned for Free with EvRi, or for £2 through the Royal Mail, using our UK Returns Portal.

Purchases made on one of our international websites, e.g. whitestuff.com/eu, can be returned by courier using our International Returns Portal. We regret we do not currently offer free international returns.
