RETURNS POLICY

To start a return for an online order, please visit our UK or International Returns Portals.

To return something bought in our shops, take it to any UK White Stuff shop (excluding outlets).

Our returns policy entitles you to return full-priced purchases within 30 days and sale items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be:

  • In the original packaging with labels attached
  • Unworn and unused.

For hygiene reasons, we are also unable to accept returns of:

  • Earrings or sets containing earrings
  • Underwear
  • Face coverings
  • Swimwear if the hygiene strip has been removed.
Right of cancellation

For items purchased online or by telephone, you have the right to cancel your contract under the 'Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013'. Find out how to cancel your order.
